Project Video (English)

Project Video (Spanish)

The Chelan-Douglas Transportation Council (CDTC) is working with partners to develop a master plan for an expanded network of non-motorized pathways between the region’s cities and towns to:

  • Expand opportunities for active transportation

  • Provide cost-efficient mobility options

  • Catalyze economic development

  • Foster tourism while improving quality of life for residents

  • Develop transportation infrastructure that promotes public health

This plan will identify potential pathway alignments in four corridors based on detailed evaluation of route options and community input. The four corridors are:

  1. Chelan to Manson Corridor

  2. Leavenworth to Cashmere to Wenatchee Corridor

  3. Malaga to Wenatchee Corridor

  4. Rock Island to East Wenatchee Corridor

To better understand the challenges of planning new pathways, a survey and interactive map was developed to gather public input and help guide the planning process. Visit the project website to learn more and provide your feedback.
